Software for the work a spreadsheet can no longer hold. Built by people who ship products.
When an operation has outgrown its spreadsheet and nothing you can buy fits it, we build the software for it, the same way we build DenwaysHR and DenwaysMeet.
- For
- An operation that has outgrown its spreadsheet
- Runs on
- Web, mobile and desktop, whichever your people use
- Afterwards
- We stay involved as requirements change
Should you build it?
Custom software is the right answer less often than people who sell it will tell you. Tick what is true for you and you get the answer we would give on a call.
Tick what is true for you
The answer changes as you go. It is the same reasoning we would walk through on a first call.
How do we build it?
The same four habits as in our own products, where you can check each one. The arguments behind them
One record, entered once
Every screen reads and writes the same record. Nothing is exported between features and typed in again, because that is where the errors come from.
Permissions enforced on the server
Who may see or change something is decided underneath, not by hiding a button. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest and sensitive actions land on an audit trail.
Tested before every release
An automated test suite runs before each release of our own products, covering sign-in, data isolation and permission logic. The same habit comes with what we build for you.
Built for where it runs
Local rules go in the engine, not in a settings page. DenwaysHR handles UAE gratuity, overtime and the WPS salary file that way.
What have we shipped?
Two products you can try today, and a third, DenwaysERP, in development. Open them and you can see how we build.

DenwaysHR
131 modules on one employee record, with a web app that works on a phone, a Windows desktop tracker and a browser extension.

If the pain is retyping between systems, start here instead. Data automation
How long does custom software take?
It depends on the size of the operation it replaces. As a guide, a first working version is four to ten weeks, with milestones agreed before we start. We would rather ship something small you can use than promise everything at once.
What can you build it for: web, phone or desktop?
Whichever your people use. Our own products cover all three: DenwaysHR has a web app that works on a phone, a Windows desktop tracker and a browser extension, and DenwaysMeet runs in the browser.
How do you keep the data safe?
Who may see or change a record is decided on the server, not by hiding a button. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, sensitive actions land on an audit trail, and automated tests cover sign-in, data isolation and permission logic before each release.
Can it follow UAE rules, or our own?
Yes, once the rules are written down. We put them in the software's logic rather than in a settings page someone has to remember to change. DenwaysHR handles UAE gratuity, overtime and the WPS salary file that way.
Can it work with the systems we already have?
Yes. New software rarely stands alone. It reads from and writes to the systems you keep, through their databases and APIs.
What if a product you can buy would do the job?
Then buy it, and we will tell you so. The check above gives that answer when it is the right one.
Who looks after it once it is live?
We do, for as long as you want us to. Requirements move, teams reorganize and definitions change, and software that is not kept up starts to decay quietly.
Do we need a technical team to work with you?
No. You explain the problem you are trying to solve and we handle the technical side. It helps to have one person on your side who knows how the work runs today and where its numbers come from.
Would we have to use DenwaysHR or DenwaysMeet?
No. They are separate products, and each stands on its own. We point to them because you can open them and check how we build.
What do you need from us to start?
A few lines about what you run today and where it hurts. We reply within one to two business days, and the check above is a fair first step on your own.
