We build the reporting your business runs on. And we make two products of our own.
Denways Technologies does two kinds of work. For your own data, we build dashboards, scheduled reports and the automated pipeline behind them. For day-to-day operations, we make DenwaysHR and DenwaysMeet, which you can start using without a project.
“We want a dashboard”
is usually the request.
It is rarely the problem.
The problem is that the numbers take three days to assemble, and by the time they are ready nobody fully trusts them. A new chart on top of that does not help.
So we start one step earlier, with where your data lives, who maintains it, and where it is quietly re-keyed by hand. What we build after that depends on what we find. It is usually some mix of these.
Taken together, this is what most people call business intelligence services. What our business intelligence work covers
- Automated collection
- Data is collected, transformed and distributed on a schedule, so the reporting refreshes itself. This is the part that removes the three days.More on data automation
- Dashboards
- The same numbers for leadership and for each team, with an owner for every metric.More on dashboards
- Scheduled reports
- The weekly and monthly reports, sent without anyone asking for them or assembling them.
- Integrations
- We connect to the systems you already use, so nothing has to be replaced.
- Custom business software
- When an operation has outgrown its spreadsheet and nothing off the shelf fits, we build the software for it.More on custom software
How an engagement runs
Five steps, always in this order. The dashboard is step four, which surprises people. Pick a step to see which part of the system it builds. Each step in full
Two products you can start using without a project
Each one stands on its own, so you can run only one. If you run both, they share one directory of people, one permission model and one audit trail.
DenwaysHR
HR, attendance, leave and payroll, kept against one employee record.
Built for how the UAE runs payroll. The WPS salary file and end-of-service gratuity come out of the same monthly run, and teams elsewhere in the GCC keep their records, attendance and leave on it.
- Check-in, shifts and overtime feed payroll directly, so the hours approved are the hours paid.
- Leave balances, accruals and approvals follow the policy you configure.
- Recruitment, performance, expenses, assets and helpdesk switch on when you need them.

DenwaysMeet
Team chat, video meetings and tasks in one workspace.
A decision gets made in a call, written down in a chat thread, and tracked in a third tool half the team never opens. DenwaysMeet keeps the three together, so the thread of a decision survives the meeting that produced it.
- AI meeting notes, attached to the space the conversation belongs to.
- Roles enforced on the server, two-factor authentication and a full audit log.
- Runs in any browser; desktop installers are not available right now.

DenwaysERP, covering finance, inventory and operations, is in development and has no release date yet. Ask us about it.
Questions we get asked
How long does a reporting project take?
A single dashboard or report can go live in one to two weeks. Work that involves several data sources or custom software usually takes four to ten weeks. We agree milestones before we start and keep you updated against them.
Do we need a technical team to work with you?
No. You explain the problem you are trying to solve and we handle the technical side. It helps to have one person on your side who knows where the numbers come from.
Can you work with the tools we already have?
Yes. Most of the work is connecting what is already there: CRMs, spreadsheets, databases and custom APIs. We fit your current stack.
Do we have to use your products to work with you?
No. Reporting work is built around the systems you already run. DenwaysHR and DenwaysMeet are separate, and each stands on its own.
What happens after handover?
We stay involved. New sources get added, definitions change and teams reorganize, and the reporting has to keep up with that.
Do you cover finance and inventory?
Not yet. DenwaysERP is in development, without a public release date. If ERP is on your roadmap, tell us: the organizations we talk to during the build influence what ships first.
