Privacy policy
What this website collects about you, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
The short version
- We collect what you send us through the contact form, and the technical data any website needs to work.
- We use Google Analytics to see which pages are read, and only if you accept it. No advertising runs on this site.
- We use your details to reply to you. We do not sell them or add you to a mailing list.
- You can ask us for a copy, a correction or deletion at any time: info@denways.com.
Who we are and what this covers
This site is run by Denways Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN ACY-3781). When this policy says “we”, it means that company.
It covers the company pages on denways.com: the home page, What We Do, Who We Are and the contact page. Our two products are covered by their own policies, because they handle very different data:
What we collect, why, and where it goes
This is everything. If it is not in this table, this site does not collect it.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not show advertising on this site or set advertising cookies.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent us a message.
- We do not build profiles of visitors or make automated decisions about them.
Who handles data for us
We use a small number of service providers. Each one handles data only for the purpose listed, on our instructions.
- Web3Forms, to deliver contact-form messages to our inbox
- Vercel, to host the site and serve its pages
- Google, to provide Google Analytics
We may also disclose information where the law requires us to. We do not share it with anyone else.
Where data is processed
The providers above operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside the country you live in, including outside India. We rely on the safeguards each provider offers and limit them to the purposes set out in this policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights over the personal data we hold about you. In practice, for this site, that means you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you and send you a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your messages and contact details
- stop using your information, where we rely on your consent
Email info@denways.com from the address you used to contact us, so we can find your messages. We reply within one to two business days and act on valid requests without undue delay. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
How we protect it
The site is served over an encrypted connection, so what you type into the contact form is encrypted on its way to the delivery service. We keep access to enquiries to the people who answer them.
Please do not send passwords, bank details, identity documents or anyone else's personal data through the contact form. We do not need them to reply to you.
Children
This site is written for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email info@denways.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when what the site does changes. The date at the top of the page is the date of the current version. If a change affects information you have already given us, we will tell you rather than rely on you re-reading this page.
How to reach us
Privacy questions, requests and complaints go to info@denways.com. We reply within one to two business days.
