We are Denways Technologies LLP, a software company. We build reporting and automation around other businesses' data, and we make two products of our own.
The name is also the job. We look at how a business already does something, find a better way to do it, and build that properly. Sometimes that is reporting built around one company's data. Sometimes it is a product any company can pick up.
The two people who started it
Sivaraj RS and Muhammed Mishab founded Denways Technologies on 18 May 2026. DenwaysHR, DenwaysMeet and the free calculators on this site all come from the company they started.

Separate products, one backbone
Ask most growing organizations where their data lives and the answer is a list: an HR system, a chat tool, a finance spreadsheet. Each one works. None of them know about each other. We build ours the other way round, so a person joins once and every product asks the same source who they are and what they may see.

Four arguments we keep making
Every product decision we make comes back to one of these. They are why our software looks the way it does.
Enter it once
One record behind every module, and one directory of people across products. Data entered once is used everywhere, and nothing is exported between our own features. Re-keying is where the errors and the lost days come from.
Enforce it underneath
Permissions are enforced on the server, not hidden in the interface. Organizations are isolated in the database itself, sensitive fields such as bank details are encrypted at rest, and every sensitive action lands on an audit trail.
Build for where it runs
DenwaysHR is built for the UAE, not adapted to it. The WPS file and end-of-service gratuity are part of its UAE payroll. For Saudi Arabia and Qatar it covers HR, attendance and leave, with free end-of-service calculators. A currency setting and a translated label do not make software local.
Say it plainly
DenwaysERP is in development and has no release date, so we do not publish one. If one of our products is not what you need, we will tell you. Enquiries get a reply within one to two business days.
