Terms of use

These terms apply to the company pages on denways.com, run by Denways Technologies LLP (LLPIN ACY-3781). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

They do not govern our products or our project work. Those have their own agreements:

• Use of DenwaysHR is governed by the DenwaysHR terms.
• Use of DenwaysMeet is governed by the DenwaysMeet terms.
• Reporting, automation and custom software work is governed by the written agreement we sign with you for that work. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

You are welcome to read, link to and share anything on the site. In return, please do not:

• use the site in any way that breaks the law
• try to get into parts of the site, or systems behind it, that are not public
• interfere with the site or overload it, including with automated requests
• send spam, malicious files or other people's personal data through the contact form
• present our content as your own, or imply that we endorse you when we do not

The text, design, images and code of this site belong to Denways Technologies LLP or are used with permission. Denways, DenwaysHR, DenwaysMeet and DenwaysERP are our names.

You may quote from the site and link to it, as long as you credit us and do not change the meaning. Anything beyond that needs our permission in writing.

The pages and articles describe what we do and how we think about it. They are general information, not professional advice on your particular situation, and they are not an offer you can accept by reading them.

We describe products as they are when a page is written. Features change, so check the product's own pages before you rely on a detail. Where we describe something as in development, such as DenwaysERP, that is a statement of intent and not a commitment to deliver it by any date.

Sending us a message does not create a contract, and neither does our reply. Prices, timelines and scope become binding only when they are set out in a written agreement that both sides have accepted. Any timelines on this site are typical ranges, not promises.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive material through the contact form. If a conversation needs it, we will agree how to share it safely first.

The site links to other websites, including our own social profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they contain or how they handle your data.

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be online or free of errors. We may change, move or remove pages at any time.

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties about it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it or from relying on what it says.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as the site and the law change. The date at the top of the page is the date of the current version. Using the site after a change takes effect means the updated terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Kerala, India, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
