HRMS pricing and plans: Pay for the modules
your team uses.
Every plan carries core HR, attendance and leave. Payroll, recruitment, performance and monitoring switch on as you need them.
DenwaysHR pricing is quoted per organization across five plans, against headcount, the modules you switch on and the number of branches you run. Every plan carries core HR, attendance and leave, and payroll, recruitment, performance and monitoring switch on as you need them. Basic Tracking and Basic Payroll have a free trial you can sign up for yourself. The plan picker below shows which plan your choice of modules lands on.

The full list
The portal and billing, in full.
15 features across 2 parts of the product, each one built into the application. Where one depends on a plan, a setting or a release, the note under its module says so.
Client portal
Where the company that pays for DenwaysHR signs up, creates its organizations and opens them.
- A name, a work email and a six-digit code sent to it. No card.
- Guided setup
- Six short chapters: your address and company, your branding, how you work (country, emirate, weekend, start time, payday, offices), your people, and your plan. Answers save as you go.
- What you get at the end
- A live workspace at your address with an owner account, your branches, your branding and your working week.
- Several organizations
- One account can own many. Each has a card with its status, plan and seats, and a search across them.
- Needs attention
- Trial ending, payment due, all seats used, a support reply waiting: listed on the home page.
- Open workspace
- One click signs you into the chosen workspace through a one-time link. No second password.
- Hand the keys to a colleague
- Name someone else as the workspace owner and they get an email to set their password.
Plans and billing
Per seat, per month, with every change quoted before you agree to it.
- Monthly or yearly
- Yearly billing charges ten months for twelve.
- Seats
- Buy what you need. Being over the limit never locks anyone out; it only stops new people being added.
- Upgrades now, downgrades at renewal
- An upgrade or extra seats take effect at once, prorated for the days left. A downgrade or fewer seats waits for the renewal date.
- Exact quote first
- Every change shows before and after and the exact amount. If the price has moved meanwhile, you are told instead of charged.
- Free changes during a trial
- Plan, seats and billing cycle can be changed freely until you pay.
- Invoices
- One per payment, numbered in sequence, with a PDF that is also emailed.
- Reminders and grace
- Reminders at 14, 7, 3 and 1 days before renewal, then seven days of grace. A paused workspace keeps its data and reopens on payment.
- Read-only inside the workspace
- Admins see the plan, seats and renewal date. Changing them happens in the portal.
Questions
Pricing questions, answered.
Why is pricing quoted rather than listed?
Plans are priced per organization against headcount, the modules you switch on and the number of branches you run. Rather than publish a number that would be wrong for most companies, we quote against what you need. The plan picker above tells you which tier that will be.
Can we start without talking to sales?
Yes. Organizations can sign up and start a trial directly, with core HR, attendance and leave available from the first day.
What does plan-gated mean?
Modules such as payroll, recruitment, workforce monitoring, custom roles, the AI assistant, white-label branding and CSV export are controlled by feature flags on your plan. Moving up a plan switches them on for your organization without a migration or a separate installation.
Can we change plan later?
Yes. Plans are tiered subscriptions with feature flags, so moving between them changes which modules are active on the same account. Your existing records, attendance history and payroll data stay exactly where they are.
We have several branches. Is that extra?
Multi-branch support is part of the platform on every plan. Each branch manages its own employees, policies and reporting from a single account, with branch-scoped visibility for branch managers.
Is payroll included?
Payroll and UAE WPS compliance start on the Basic Payroll plan. Core HR, attendance and leave are on every plan, so a company that only needs those can stay on Basic Tracking or Advance Tracking without paying for the payroll engine.
