DenwaysHR partner programme: Your clients already ask you what to run HR on.

A partner programme for the firms that sit between a Gulf company and its HR admin: PRO consultancies, accountants, IT resellers and free-zone service providers.

The DenwaysHR dashboard for Denways Hotels, a demo company of 303 people: 282 of 303 in today, 17 on leave, 28 open roles, 169 requests waiting for a decision and attendance at 93.9%

How can you work with us?

Pick the one that matches how your firm is already set up. You can move between tracks later, and nothing here stops you doing more than one.

Introduce

Referral

For advisors whose clients already ask them which HR system to use.

  • You introduce the client and register the deal
  • We run the demo, the pricing and the onboarding
  • You are paid a commission on closed business
  • No sales target, no invoicing, no delivery work
Sell

Reseller

For firms that would rather hold the commercial relationship themselves.

  • You sell and invoice under your own agreement
  • You buy at partner pricing and set your own margin
  • We support you behind the account, not in front of it
  • Your brand stays on the relationship end to end
Deliver

Implementation

For teams that want the configuration and migration work as billable services.

  • You deliver setup, data migration and training
  • Certification on payroll, attendance and core HR
  • You keep the full services fee for the engagement
  • We stay reachable for anything that is a product issue

What you get for signing up.

The practical things that make a partnership worth the paperwork, rather than a logo on a page and a discount code.

Partner pricing

Partner rates written into your agreement, so the margin is defined up front rather than negotiated deal by deal.

A shared deal register

Register an introduction and it is yours. Two partners never end up working the same client, and neither does our own sales team.

Product and sales training

Sessions on the payroll engine, attendance and the modules your clients ask about most, plus the objections that come up in a Gulf sales cycle.

A named partner contact

One person at Denways who knows your pipeline, rather than a shared inbox that answers a different way each time.

Co-marketing support

Joint material for your own clients: sector one-pagers, webinar support and use of the DenwaysHR marks under the brand rules.

Early access to release notes

You hear what is shipping before your clients do, so nobody finds out about a change from the release itself.

Who does this suit?

If you already sit between a Gulf company and its HR admin, you are most of the way there.

PRO and business-setup consultancies

You already handle visas, labour contracts and establishment cards for your clients. The system those records live in is the obvious next thing they buy from you, and it is the same client conversation you are having anyway.

PRO services

Accounting and audit firms

You are preparing payroll in spreadsheets for clients who have outgrown them. Moving that work onto a platform that generates the wage protection file removes the part of the month you least want to own.

Finance

IT resellers and system integrators

You sell biometric terminals and access-control hardware and get asked what runs behind them. Attendance software that talks to the devices turns a hardware sale into a recurring one.

Technology

How do you apply?

The programme is open and there is no form to fill in. Send an email with the four things below and a person will read it.

Send to

info@denways.com

  • Who you are

Company name, the jurisdiction you are licensed in, and the countries you operate in.

  • What you do today

The services your clients already buy from you, and how HR or payroll comes up in that work.

  • Which track

Referral, reseller or implementation, and why that one fits how you are set up.

  • Who your clients are

The size and type of company you work with, and roughly how many are on your books.

Email your application

Applications are reviewed individually rather than approved automatically. We will come back to you either way, and if the fit is not there yet we will say so plainly instead of leaving you waiting.

Questions

Partner questions, answered.

How is commission structured?

Commission is paid on closed business, and the rate is set in your partner agreement rather than published here. It varies by track, by plan and by whether you are also invoicing the client, so a single headline percentage would be misleading. You will see the numbers in writing before you sign anything, and they do not change mid-term without both sides agreeing.

Is the programme exclusive?

No. We do not grant territory or sector exclusivity, and we do not ask you to stop working with other HR vendors. Exclusivity mostly punishes the partners who are selling. If a specific engagement needs something narrower, that is a conversation about that engagement, not the default for the programme.

Is there a minimum commitment?

There is no minimum revenue or deal quota on the referral track. Reseller and implementation partners take on more obligation because they are invoicing or delivering for the client, so any commitment there is written into the partner agreement and agreed before it applies, never assumed after the fact.

Who owns the client relationship?

Who owns the client depends on the track. On referral the client contracts with Denways Technologies LLP and you are paid for the introduction. On reseller the client contracts with you, under your own agreement and your own invoice, and we sit behind you. On implementation we hold the subscription and you hold the services engagement. Whichever it is, it is stated in the agreement rather than left to be worked out later.

What support do you give partner-delivered implementations?

Certified implementation partners get product training, configuration guidance and a named contact who can escalate inside Denways. If something turns out to be a product defect rather than a configuration question, it comes back to us and we fix it. You should not be the one explaining our bug to your client.
