Do you support my biometric device?
DenwaysHR reads attendance from fingerprint, face-recognition and card-based terminals, using either scheduled polling or a push from the device, depending on what the hardware supports. Rather than publish a device list that goes stale, we check your exact models during implementation and confirm before you commit. Terminals that buffer offline are replayed once the connection returns, so nothing is lost.
Which of these are live today and which are not?
Every entry marked Available is part of the platform and configured during implementation. Entries marked On request are scoped with the account team first, because they depend on something specific to you: the bank layout you use, the accounting system you post into, or the identity provider you sign in with. Ask for a written scope before you plan around one.
Does the payroll run post into our accounting system automatically?
The payroll journal is produced by DenwaysHR with your cost centres and account codes applied, and can be exported ready to post. A direct posting connection into a specific accounting or ERP product is scoped as an on-request integration, because the file shape and the account mapping differ for every finance team.
What if the system we need is not in this list?
Anything not listed can be built on the DenwaysHR REST API, which reads and writes the same records the product uses, plus webhooks that fire when an employee, a leave request or a payroll run changes. Do integrations weaken the isolation between organizations?
No. Every integration runs inside the same tenant boundary as the rest of the platform: data stays scoped to one organization at the database level, API keys carry only the scopes an admin grants them, and sensitive actions are written to the audit log with actor and timestamp. Traffic is encrypted in transit throughout.
