How does per-seat billing work?
Every paid plan is priced per member per month (or per year, at a discount). Add or remove members and your next invoice reflects the new seat count - there's no separate "per organization" fee on top.
Can I change plans without leaving the app?
Yes. Upgrading, downgrading, managing payment methods, and viewing invoices all happen in Organization Settings → Billing, with an embedded Stripe form for card details - you're never redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
An organization that already has an active subscription gets it updated in place with proration, rather than starting a second, duplicate subscription. Cancelling keeps access through the period you already paid for.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Starter and Business both include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required to start it. Enterprise and Education trials are arranged directly with sales.
What are Enterprise and Education plans?
