Calendar Sync: Google, Outlook & Apple: Meetings and tasks, in the calendar you already use

A personal subscription link that keeps your upcoming and live meetings, plus your My Tasks due dates, in sync with Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.

Stays in sync on its own

Add the link once from Settings → Calendar and it stays current as your meetings and task due dates change, with no manual re-import. Regenerate it any time to invalidate the old one, or download any single meeting as a one-off file.

What appears in your calendar?

Your upcoming and live meetings appear, along with My Tasks items that have a due date. The link works with Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar. My Tasks also sends one reminder notification on the day a task is due.

How do you add the feed to Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar?

Open Settings → Calendar in DenwaysMeet and take your personal subscription link. Add it once in the calendar app you already use, as a calendar you subscribe to by link. From then on the feed follows your meetings and due dates by itself.

What should you do if the link is shared by mistake?

Regenerate it in Settings → Calendar. The old link stops working, so whoever holds it loses the feed. Then add the new link to your own calendar again, because your calendar app was subscribed to the old one.

Which tasks reach your calendar?

Only items in My Tasks that have a due date. My Tasks is your private list: nobody else can see it, and it follows you across every organization you belong to. A room’s shared task board is separate from it.
