How much does each plan cost?
Paid plans are priced per member, by the month or by the year. Enterprise and Education are quote-based. There is no separate per-organization fee on top.
- Free: $0, up to 5 members
- Starter: $12 a seat a month or $120 a year, up to 25 members
- Business: $25 a seat a month or $250 a year, up to 250 members
- Enterprise: $49 a seat a month or $490 a year, quote-based
- Education: $5 a seat a month or $50 a year, quote-based
What happens when you add members or change plan?
Add or remove members and your next invoice shows the new seat count. Upgrading or downgrading updates your subscription in place, with proration. If you cancel, you keep access through the period you already paid for.
Is there a free trial?
Starter and Business include a 14-day free trial, with no credit card needed to start it. Enterprise and Education trials are arranged directly with sales.
What usage does the billing tab show?
The billing tab shows your usage against every limit your plan sets. Those limits cover seats, spaces, storage, AI tokens and transcription minutes. They are the plan defaults, and they can be changed for a single organization.
