Each plan limits the people in one meeting and how long that meeting can run. The time limit is a hard stop.

- Enterprise: 500 participants, no time limit
- Education: 250 participants, 4 hours
Which plans include recording and live transcription?
Cloud recording and live transcription are on Starter, Business, Enterprise and Education. Free has neither. Each plan sets its recording storage and its monthly transcription minutes, and those minutes are pooled across the organization.

- Starter: 10 GB of recordings, 300 transcription minutes a month
- Business: 125 GB of recordings, 3,000 transcription minutes a month
- Enterprise: 1,000 GB of recordings, 25,000 transcription minutes a month
- Education: 500 GB of recordings, 10,000 transcription minutes a month

Guest links are on every plan. Webinar mode and translated captions are on Business, Enterprise and Education. AI meeting minutes are on Starter, Business, Enterprise and Education.
